Chairman of Al-Seyada Party Sheikh Khames Al-Khanjar met the most prominent imams and preachers of Baghdad mosques and their parties at the party’s headquarters in Baghdad.

During the meeting, Sheikh Al-Khanjar discussed a number of files concerning the needs of the mosques of the capital, the requirements for promoting the realities of religious discourse in line with the principles of peaceful coexistence, urging awareness of society, disseminating the teachings of the Islamic religion and addressing internal and external challenges aimed at obliterating and marginalizing Islamic identity.

Sheikh Al-Khanjar also paid tribute to the efforts of imams and preachers in entrenching inherent Islamic principles, preserving the image of the Islamic religion and addressing all attempts to distort and undermine Islamic constants.
