Sheikh Khamis Al-Khanjar, head of the Al-Seyada Party, and several leaders of Kirkuk forces attended the second meeting held by Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani to complete the discussion of forming the local government in the governorate.

The political forces present, led by Al-Seyada, agreed to continue bilateral dialogues to discuss the working papers submitted and come up with one working paper within two weeks.

The Kirkuk forces also agreed on the form of cooperation that would resolve the problems between the various political forces to speed up the selection of the new governor and the election of the head of the provincial council.
